Weeks Out
Six weeks before your wedding we will send you an email containing a Videography Planner. If you are using Mike Staff Productions for both Photography AND Videography, you will use this same planner for both services. This guide will be foundational in helping you and your videographer discuss all of the important elements of your day. Simply have this completed, so when you speak with your videographer you’ll be prepared.

Weeks Out
Balance Due
Remember, your final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. You can make payments online at mikestaff.com or you can pay it off in full at any time.

Week Out
Phone Call
The Tuesday before your wedding, your videographer will contact you to go over your Planner, get familiar with you and to understand your expectations. This collaborative call will be unrushed and you’ll find that you’ll establish a rapport with your videographer which will result in an amazing wedding video.
Your Big Day!
When your wedding day arrives, your videographer will be well prepared and ready to record memories that will last a lifetime!

Couples will see the first draft of their wedding film within 12 weeks of the wedding.
